RSS Fixed

I'm sure this issue affected hundreds of people, so I just fixed a small glitch in my RSS feeds. Much to my chagrin, it was including articles from outside the categories it was supposed to be including.

Quake 4 Review

So I'm playing Quake 4 now that I finally got my new computer put together. (What was the first thing I installed after Windows? Yup. Quake 4.) I think I can give it a completely fair and balanced review now that I've played it for a couple of hours.

Purple Phoenix

I'm sure you're dying to know the status of my computer upgrade. All the parts came in, and, over the weekend, I moved my old computer guts into another box, and built the new computer guts into the the cool purple box. So now I have the old computer running just like it always did so I can continue with everyday tasks (checkbook, writing, email, Rome:Total War, etc.), and meanwhile I'm working on building up the software on the new computer to the point where I can switch over to it full-time.

Computer Upgrade

Oh, here's some more technical news. I've ordered an upgrade for my computer for the first time since September 2003. It's just in the nick of time, too, since my current computer has taken to dying with a Blue Screen of Death each time I try to reboot.

The Macedonians\\'s Days Are Numbered

For those of you flocking to this page to read my insights on programming, you might have noticed that I haven't written much of anything in this space. Most likely, that was why I removed this Technical section in the first place. But recently I thought.. hey, here's a good idea.. how about a section of me writing about programming! I'll bring back the Technical section! So here it is, and then I go and stop writing any meaningful programs, and thus have nothing to write about. Not that I would have much to write about anyway. ("Hey man, I used Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly().GetName().Version today.. it was soooo cooool!")
